Office Experience Manager

Responsibilities

The Office Experience Manager will take on some support tasks for key Digital Foundry executives and project team members (travel plans, expense reports, etc.) as well as onboarding new employees and managing some of Digital Foundry’s employee incentive programs. The candidate will also monitor and enhance the Digital Foundry office environment to make sure clients experience a friendly and professional environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills will be required, along with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The Manager must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines as well as be able to take initiative and work independently. The successful candidate will exhibit maturity and sound judgment.

Interaction Design Consultant

Responsibilities

Interaction Design Consultants enter client engagements to ensure that functional elements align with human factor principles. They work to establish representative character profiles for key audience groups, scope usage scenarios, and identify differences in information types and access required by different customer groups. Tasks include product usability, evaluation and development team support, low fidelity user testing to support rapid development of user interfaces, and usability testing for validation and heuristic evaluations based on principles/guidelines from industry best practices and cognitive research. Project deliverables are overall navigation schematics, interaction models, and branding and design parameters that will serve as reference for graphic designers.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years of proven experience in human factors engineering (including Web, software, or e-business solutions development)
  • Education in cognitive or experimental psychology, human factors or equivalent preferred
  • Highly developed UI design skills for creating paper and electronic prototypes (graphic design, Web design, Web development languages/technology)

Responsibilities

Software Architects are responsible for developing and managing the overall architecture of systems and applications. As the technical experts on client engagements, they collaborate with clients and in-house technical teams.
